We accept most insurances with few exceptions and have competitive pricing for non-insured patients

If you need an appointment for a sick visit or one that requires immediate attention, please specify this in your email along with the completed enrollment form.  For routine, non-urgent appointments, we will contact you once you are registered and schedule your visit within a few days of receiving your email. We offer a wide range of services for our community, including telehealth, preventive care (physical exams and pap smears), minor procedures (ingrown toenails removal, abscess drainage, sutures, trigger finger injections), hormone replacement therapy, and same-day testing for COVID, Flu, RSV, mono, and strep.  Additionally, we provide diabetes & weight loss management, BOTOX for migraines, and aesthetics treatments for wrinkles, minor lifts and PRP therapy.
