We accept most insurances with few exceptions and have competitive pricing for non-insured patients

If you require an appointment for a sick visit or visit that requires immediate attention, please make note in your email to us along with the form below.  If you need a routine, non-urgent appointment, we will call you when you are registered and set up an appointment for you within a few days of receipt of your email.  We provide many services for our community including telehealth, preventive (pap smears and physicals), minor procedures ( ingrown toenails, abscess removal, and sutures) as well as same day testing for COVID, flu, RSV and Mono among others.  We manage diabetes and weight loss and offer BOTOX for migraines as well as aesthetic solutions for superficial wrinkles and minor lifts.
